Payment
To be closed your intended trip – 45 % down payment is requisite to make an advance as per the corporate policy of Beauty Nepal Adventure Pvt. Ltd.
Note: Please Fill the Purpose of Sending Money Clearly While Depositing Payment otherwise we could not receive payments.
Payment of the Balance
The payment of the outstanding balance for your holiday is due 4 weeks before your departure. If you decide on to settle your holiday balance of master card /visa card/maestro card a handling cost of 3.5% on the outstanding balance is formed. There is no handling cost for payment by cheque or bank transfer.
Refund
On flight cancellation the sum of 35% of the flight charge will be deducted.
No refund will be made for 25 % deposit amount in case of cancellation of trip for any other else reason. Having paid full amount of any trip ,you’re entitled to incur refund in case if you want to cancel your trip .Still cancellation charge is invoiced to you .In the case of cancellation we will not return 25 % deposit money. Nevertheless, you are imposed cancellation charge as advises below:

15-30 days Before Departure 10 %
07-14 days Before Departure 25 %
04-07 days Before Departure 35 %
01-03 days Before Departure 50 %
Last Hour Booking
We settle for your last hour booking with 100 % Payment
(01 day before tour beginning date solely IN CASE OF Nepal visit, However last hour BOOKING won’t BE ACCEPTABLE FOR India, Bhutan and Tibet TRIPS)
Travel Insurance
The important factor is your insurance which you should have done. Although, you have to buy the first aid instruments and you should consider and be responsible for medical, helicopter evacuation and personal accident.
Incomplete Tour
We can’t provide you the refund money if you drop out your trip because of your personal interest /problems. But if the company can’t able to complete, you will get money back.
Unexpected situation
Beauty Nepal Adventure Pvt. Ltd. informs you about the weather condition, the political situation of the intended trekking /tour spots. If there will be any difficulty we refer the alternative destination of the same standard. Although you can’t satisfy we give you all of your money back. But remember any other expenses incurred by you as a result of this booking are entirely your responsibility.
Documents
Your papers and documents related to visit should be completed. In the way if you are stopped by the personal documents case Beauty Nepal Adventure Pvt. Ltd. will not take the responsibility. In the process of completing documents the necessary requirements should be fulfilled by yourself.
Additional Charge
The proposed package trek and tour is based on twin sharing basis or the facility by company is generally two people like in bedroom and tents. If you need to make separate you should pay the additional charge.
Your Responsibility
We always perform your package (travel Trip) very clearly and with full of
responsibility. Our guide as well as company will act punctually but on the way if you do any unnecessary and illegal activities you should compel to drop out your journey. Moreover we can’t give your remaining money back.

Beauty Nepal Adventure Pvt. Ltd. always stand for your happy and effort as possible as. But cause of its geographical structure and development proper amenities can’t be archived. Thus, patience in mind and proper preparation before head is most to venture into journey.
Your Possessions
Beauty Nepal Adventure Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible if you lost and damage your property throughout the trip. Furthermore Beauty Nepal Adventure Pvt. Ltd. will be unanswerable for personal possessions.

sincerely on the behalf of your concern. However the process might effect by
inherent and hidden whether , circumstance, landslide ,flood ,road block ,delay in flight ,Flight cancellation can create negative thinking but you should be compromised and try to adjust as well as the rising should bear yourself. Trekking in the remote areas especially during odd session ,you are highly advised to reserved extra days to prepare with some delay and avoid frustrating consequence. In case of flight cancellation pre tour/post tour you need to meet your accommodation and food cost yourself.
