Trishuli River Rafting


Overview

Trishuli River Rafting is one of the much appreciated River adventure activities in Nepal. It is the nearest river from Kathmnadu and Pokhara. This Rafting is best option for short holidays with family and friends. Trishuli flows with 3+ grade and is considered as a safe river for ratters.  There are flat sections for swimming and photography after completion of rapid.
The two days rafting wold have camping in the river side with Bar B Cube dinner and fire camp. The crew will make a cultural evening with the available local music instruments.  Night rest next to the roaring river sand beach. The crew will make some more fun with games and fun.
Trishuli River Rafting is run able trough the year. During the monsoon, rafting in this river wold be most exciting and challenging. It creates exciting and heart pounding adventure when the river is running high and wild.
Trishuli River Rafting can be combined with trekking to Annapurna, Pokhara tour or Chitwan wildlife safari.

Itinerary (Day Trip)
Departure From Kathmandu:  Depart to Kathmandu at 7:30 by private/ public transfer. We will stop for breakfast before arrive to the put in point. After arrive in Charaudi, meet our Rafting guide and he will give you a detail briefing about safety technique and rafting terms. Put On your helmet, life jacket and grab paddle and get in to river. Soon you will  encounter with number of rapids (Manson, ladies Delight, land slide, Upset, Surprise, monkey, Pinball and etc).
After about 15km raft down you will arrive at your end point. Change cloth and back to your destination. You will have a lunch break at the river back.

Itinerary 02 (2 days 1 night)

Day 01 Departure From Kathmandu:  Depart to Kathmandu at 7:30 by private/ public transfer. We will stop for breakfast before arrive to the put in point. After arrive in Charaudi, meet our Rafting guide and he will give you a detail briefing about safety technique and rafting terms. Put On your helmet, life jacket and grab paddle and get in to river. Soon you will  encounter with number of rapids (Manson, ladies Delight, land slide, Upset, Surprise, monkey, Pinball and etc).
After about 15km raft down you will arrive at your end point. Change cloth and get in to your tent. Your supporting team will make tea coffee and you will ask to join while cooking, setting camp fire or etc. Enjoy camp fire, Bar B Cube, singing and dancing to make memorable night. Over night in the tent.

Day 02. Short rafting - Back to Kathmandu: Wake up will followed by bed tea.  Right after breakfast will be serve at your tent.  After breakfast pack your bag, change your rafting cloth, get ready to paddle. You can give hands to your team to bringing down the raft, pumping the raft or etc. After paddling about 2:30 hrs you will have a lunch at river bank.  Take your belongings. Your guide will arrange car/ bus to your next destination to Kathmandu, Pokhara or Chitwan.

Frequently asked questions

Recommended gears: T shirts, half pant, slipper, towel, underwear, jacket, long pant, sun hat, sun cream, sun glass, camera, flash light, Provided: Life jacket, helmet, paddle, boat, and transfer to and from Rafting, lunch.
Lunch: Bread, butter/ jam, cheese, salami, Cabbage salad (cabbage, radish, carrot, tuna and onion, tomato), boil potato, egg with mayonnaise, tang juice, orange, apple, banana. Dinner: Veg Soup, plain rice, dal, curry, Achar, Fried papad, Achar, Fruit salad, tea/ coffee. Breakfast: Pan cake, Bread, butter, jam, boil potato, fried egg, tea/ coffee.
Alpine Asian Treks would recommend to arrange by self the followings 1. Insurance of personal lost or damage of personal belongings. 2. We will not responsible of any delay arriving, going out without any information. 3. If any gears broken or lost because of the clients careless or neglect will be payable. Any alcohol or smoking or etc will be strictly not allow while in the boat. 4. They must have to follow the guide command while in raft and leader command while in bus or etc. Note:  15+1 will be complementary.
