Our Team: We believe in a team work.
Without a good team no any work will be
finished in proper way. We think in team,
work in team and team will success. With
that principle we have focus in some certain
things that our guide should have to be in
our team.
(I) Professional: We always thinking
to make our team professional so that one
can enjoy with their holiday. Specially to
be guide it requires a training form the
government and other basic knowledge about
the mountain and forth coming problem in the
mountain both naturally and physically. Such
as mountain sickness, personal allergy, or
any recent change about the area and the
weather. Our professional guide have
knowledge about that.
(II) Non Alcoholic: Our company rules
don't aloud to drink any kind of alcohol
while they are in duty. Specially when they
are in high mountain with their clients not
they but also our guide will not aloud to
the clients to drink. It is proved that
alcoholic guide are harmful to clients,
company and the guide themselves. They can
get sick because of drink and will loose
money what they have to save for their
family, apartment and future.
(III) No playing cards: The guide who
play card he could loose money what he is
bringing to their clients service and could
not sleep if he continue playing. The guide
who play card whole night can't do a proper
job can be the cause sickness. It will
finally harm to him, company and to clients.
(IV) No Smoking: If guide himself
smoke it could disturb to the clients. It
would either careless or he is not informed
abut the cause of mountain sickness. In our
company rules it is strictly prohibited.
(V) Responsible: One professional
guide can't say he don't know or he is not
informed or such kind of words when he is in
operation of a tour/ trekking. He should
handle that as per the company rules or
convince to the clients as politely. He
could not leave his clients in a critical
time instead helping them. |

Mr. Sur Bir Thapa |
Mr. Sur Bir Thapa is and
experienced guide for 10 years. He got a
training form Nepal Government to be a
perfect guide. He did trek in Everest
base camp, Chola pass, Annapurna round,
TIlicho pass, Dhaulagiri round, Langtang
and many other. He is experienced for
cooking, Waiter, first aid and etc. |
Ram Kumar Giri
Senior Guide |
Mr. Ram Kumar Giri is the one most
experienced and rewarded guide in our
company. He have been done almost all
the trekking in Nepal and in Tibet. He
got a training form the government. He
keeps extra knowledge about the Mountain
sickness, cook, waiter. |
Hem Thapa Magar |
Mr. Hem Thapa Magar have 15 years
experience in mountain tourism. He can
speak Italian Language. He is one
another experience license guide of our
company. |
Devi Gauli |
Debi is our one of the best guide
who have done almost all the trekking in
Nepal including Upper Dolpo, Upper
Mustang, Dhaulagiri pass and Sherpani
col pass (one of the hardest pass in
Nepal). He have obtain a license to be a
professional trekking guide. |
Rinji Sherpa
Climbing guide |
Rinji is our Professional Climbing
guide. He have been climbed many of the
trekking peak and have done some of the
large scale expedition. He have obtain a
climbing license to be a leader in
climbing. |
Krishna B Gurung Experienced Guide |
Mr. Krishna B Gurung from Manaslu
region. He is honest in his duty and
experienced in Everest region, Annapurna
region and Langtang region as guiding. |
Chuda Mani Giri Guide |
Chuda is one of our sincere guide who
have been upgraded form a lay porter to
a license professional trekking guide
for this agency. He have done many of
the trekking in his porter time and now
can led any trek as a experienced guide.
